ABOUT THE CONGRESS

The 13th International Aegean Congress on Technology and Engineering Sciences aims to bring together academics, researchers, engineers, industry professionals, and experts working in various fields of engineering, technology, innovation, mathematics, and applied sciences.

The Congress provides an international scientific platform for presenting and discussing current scientific and technological research, promoting innovative approaches, encouraging interdisciplinary interaction, and developing new academic and scientific collaborations at the international level.

Original research covering a broad range of disciplines—from fundamental sciences to advanced engineering applications, artificial intelligence to renewable energy, nanotechnology to aerospace technologies—is welcome.

CONGRESS STATUS

International Peer-Reviewed Scientific Congress

The Congress is expected to host scholars and researchers from at least 12 different countries, providing an international environment for scientific exchange, interdisciplinary interaction, and academic collaboration.

SCIENTIFIC EVALUATION

Abstracts and full-text papers submitted to the Congress are subject to a double-blind peer-review process.

Peer-review reports are archived by the Congress Coordination Office.

Participants whose submissions are accepted will receive an official Letter of Acceptance.

Official participation and presentation certificates will be issued to eligible participants following the completion of the Congress.

APPLICATION PROCESS

Please submit your abstract to info@aegeanconference.com no later than October 13, 2026. In your email, please indicate that your submission is for the Engineering Sciences.
After your abstract is received by the Congress Coordination Office, it will be forwarded for peer review.
The evaluation result will normally be communicated within three days as accepted, revision required, or rejected.
Authors of accepted submissions will receive an official Letter of Acceptance.
The final Congress Program will be published on the official website according to the Congress Calendar.
Online sessions will be held via Zoom. Access links and session information will be provided together with the Congress Program.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT IN-PERSON PARTICIPATION

In-person sessions will be organized subject to receiving a sufficient number of applications for physical attendance.

Participants planning to attend the Congress in person are strongly advised to obtain confirmation from the Congress Coordination Office on October 13, 2026, before purchasing flight tickets or making transportation and accommodation reservations.

EVALUATION PROCESS

All submissions are evaluated through a double-blind peer-review process.

Authors will be informed of the evaluation results by email.

Only submissions that successfully complete the scientific evaluation process will be included in the Congress Program.
