ABOUT THE CONGRESS

The 13th International Aegean Congress on Social Sciences & Humanities aims to bring together academics, researchers, and professionals from various disciplines of the social sciences and humanities to present and discuss current research, exchange academic knowledge, promote interdisciplinary dialogue, and strengthen international academic cooperation.

With the participation of scholars from different countries, the Congress provides an international platform for scientific discussion, academic networking, and the exchange of research findings.

CONGRESS STATUS

International Peer-Reviewed Scientific Congress

The Congress is expected to host scholars and researchers from at least 12 different countries, providing a genuinely international academic environment.

SCIENTIFIC EVALUATION

All abstracts and full-text papers submitted to the Congress are subject to a double-blind peer-review process.

Peer-review reports are archived by the Congress Coordination Office.

Participants whose submissions are accepted will receive an official Letter of Acceptance.

Official participation and presentation certificates will be issued to eligible participants following the completion of the Congress.

APPLICATION PROCESS

  1. Please submit your abstract to info@aegeanconference.com no later than October 13, 2026. In your email, please indicate that your submission is for the Aegean Congress on Social Sciences & Humanities.

  2. After your abstract is received by the Congress Coordination Office, it will be forwarded for peer review.

  3. The evaluation result will normally be communicated within three days as accepted, revision required, or rejected.

  4. Authors of accepted submissions will receive an official Letter of Acceptance.

  5. The final Congress Program will be published on the official website according to the Congress Calendar.

  6. Online sessions will be held via Zoom. The necessary access information and session links will be provided together with the Congress Program.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT IN-PERSON PARTICIPATION

In-person sessions will be organized subject to receiving a sufficient number of applications for physical attendance.

Participants planning to attend the Congress in person are strongly advised to obtain confirmation from the Congress Coordination Office on October 13, 2026, before purchasing flight tickets or making transportation and accommodation reservations.

EVALUATION PROCESS

All submissions are evaluated through a double-blind peer-review process.

Authors will be informed of the evaluation result by email.

Only submissions that successfully complete the scientific evaluation process will be included in the Congress Program.
